His areas of specialization include polyester resins, powder coating paints, FRP resins, plastics, industrial waste management, and biomedical waste management.
Alongside his industrial expertise, he is a passionate trainer and mentor, delivering professional programs in Kaizen, Quality Control, 5S, ISO Standards, Lean Management, and Project Management, helping organizations improve productivity, operational efficiency, and quality systems.
A dynamic and multi-talented leader with experience across multiple industries, Mr. Bakal holds a Post Graduate degree in Business Management. His strategic vision and entrepreneurial mindset have enabled him to successfully establish and manage businesses in manufacturing, environmental solutions, and healthcare-related services.
